The active transportation plan is a partnership of Macomb Partners for Health and the City of Roseville. This project will help fulfill portions of the Non-motorized Transportation Plan: Complete Streets for Roseville, as directed in the Zoning Ordinance: 370-114.1 Complete Streets Improvements.  The project began in 2015 and will end in 2018. Technical Assistance is provided by The Greenway Collaborative, Inc through support by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
