Connecting Your Metroparks with Non-motorized Trails

Thank you for helping shape the future of the Metroparks! We’ve completed the initial phase of this project, studying and gathering public feedback to choose the best routes for new non-motorized trails connecting the Metroparks. Public input is now closed, but you can view the summary of results and explore the proposed routes by clicking on any of the five sections below.

These trail connections are an exciting priority for the Metroparks in realizing more regional connectivity to parks and neighboring communities, but it will still be some time before visitors see work begin on selected routes.  Once engineering details are finalized, the Metroparks team will begin the process of securing funds to turn these connections into a reality.

Your input has been crucial in shaping the future of our non-motorized trail network. Thank you to everyone who shared their vision and ideas!
